Q:How much does it cost to ride the Trolley?
A: Trolley rides are free and are compliments of the Boynton Beach CRA.

Q:How can I catch a Trolley if I'm out and about and don't have a schedule with me?
A: Trolley routes and times are listed on the poles of all Trolley signs, which are located throughout the CRA district, as well as along Gateway Blvd. and Congress Avenue.

Q:Are there any times during the year when Trolley service is suspended?
A: Trolley service is not available on weekends, holidays or during severe weather conditions.

Q:How many bags am I allowed to carry onto a Trolley?
A: Two.

Q:Can I take my bicycle on the Trolley?
A: No. Boynton Beach Trolleys are not equipped with bicycle racks and bringing a bicycle inside the Trolley is unsafe.

Q:Are food and drink allowed on the Trolley?
A: No. We work hard to provide a clean environment for our patrons and appreciate your cooperation with this.

Q:What is the age requirement for children to ride unaccompanied?
A: Twelve.

Q:I am disabled and confined to a wheelchair. Can I still ride the Trolley?
A: Yes, Boynton Beach Trolleys are wheelchair accessible.

Q:How do I let the driver know that I would like to get off at the next stop?
A: Each Trolley is equipped with a STOP CORD that runs along the inside of the Trolley and alerts the driver that you want to get off at the next stop.

Q:Will the Trolley stop anywhere I ask?
A: For safety reasons our Trolleys can only stop at designated Boynton Beach Trolley stops.
